Welcome to Our Historic Adobe Compound in Corrales, New Mexico
Come join us on a visual tour of our Historic Corrales Adobe Compound nestled in irrigated, cultivated and landscaped grounds in the center of the Village of Corrales, New Mexico. As you view this brief visual narrative, you will see why it has been our good fortune to live in this special place for 46 years.
As a prelude to your visual tour of the buildings and grounds we want you to know:
THE HISTORIC CORRALES ADOBE COMPOUND is located on 1.17 acres (officially designated as Tierra de Maes) in the Business/Residential center of Corrales New Mexico, a Village on the Rio Grande River north of and adjacent to the City of Albuquerque. Corrales is carved out of a 1710 Spanish land grant. The Village, whose origin dates to circa 1776, was recently recognized as the safest town in New Mexico. Ranked 19th in the US among best places to live, CNN/Money Magazine said Corrales, New Mexico is an “enchanting small town for families and retirees.”
This unique, one of a kind, Compound is an easy walk to shops, restaurants, and lounges. An 8-foot straw bale wall parallels the road, offering privacy to the compound. Think residential and find privacy and tranquility or, think business and invite the world to your creative dream.
There are three structures on the property - two living quarters (The Hacienda and The Casita) and a Horse Barn/Storage Unit.
NOTE: The HACIENDA (MAIN HOUSE) MAY BE PURCHASED SEPARTELY AT A PRICE OF $850,000.
